On MySavings.com there is a rebate for Venus Embrace up to $11.99.

If you get the RR and have the coupon and get the rebate, that is a big moneymaker!

Umm, wouldn't the Russell Stover Chocolates be $1.99? I'm not sure if my brain is working yet or not, but that's what I had for my post. . .

Andrea @ Mommy Snacks November 20, 2008 12:40 PM

Janet - thanks so much for that Rebate info!!!

Sherry - yes it is! Obviously, mine wasn't working :-)

There was also a coupon for poppycock in last weeks paper. $0.50/1 package expires 12/31/08.

The coupon for the Quilted Northern is for the Ultra Plush. I'm gonna print it out and check it out at the store, see if that type is on sale too or if the Q is ymmv, maybe they will take it. I found a .50 off but it expired 11/15. Is there a way we can check which coupons were delivered when, like you do for the coupon matches? For instance, I don't have the Visine all you Q but I found a 1 dollar off. I already had it cut so don't know which insert its from, otherwise I would let peopel know.

Sorry if this is a double post, it doesn't look my first try posted though... the quilted northern q is for the ultra plush. I found a .50 Q for the regular style but it expired 11/15. I'm not sure if this IP will work for this deal but I'm going to see if this type is on sale too.

Can you tell me if it worked for you kristina? could you make sure when you post coupons it for the item in ad I see this a lot online. The store will only take coupon for item listed on the coupon.

Andrea @ Mommy Snacks November 23, 2008 10:11 PM

Kristina - I try to list all coupon matches but for some reason if I've missed one or if you want to check for one yourself, check out hotcouponworld.com.

They have an AMAZING coupon database you can search for any coupon. They do list it by insert date but maybe you will have it organized/cut in your system.

I guess that's another reason I like my file-by-insert method. When you look at lists (like mine or others) they typically have the coupon and date listed. It's so easy to pull out the insert, cut it and shop!

The Venus rebate mentioned above does say "If you're not satisfied." Somehow, it doesn't feel quite right to take the money they offered only to people unhappy with the razor, unless you really ARE unhappy with the razor. I don't mind taking advantage of every ethical deal the manufacturers offer me. But the integrity of the couponing community, and of our own souls, is worth a lot more than the ten bucks they are offering.

I thought I remembered you saying you used HCW so I looked it up and found what you were talking about - it is very convenient. I'm starting to lean towards your method of just keeping the Q's in the inserts - otherwise it is SO much to cut and file. Often I will browse them and cut things out I want, but otherwise I'm starting to leave them in the inserts. To anonymous: I haven't done my Wags run yet and think I'm going to bypass the toilet paper anyway although I will still check to see if the ultra plush has the same deal.

Andrea @ Mommy Snacks November 24, 2008 4:21 PM

Miss Alice - I agree with you!

I just wanted to put it out there since a reader mentioned it and it is nice to know in case pp are hesitant on buying it and they really may not like it!

Kristina - you will probably love the idea of the filing method. It saves me sooooo much time!

Amy Ross November 24, 2008 4:48 PM

Can you help me with the Kashi coupon? I joined the site, but cannot find the coupon on there. Any hints?? THank you!

Andrea @ Mommy Snacks November 25, 2008 8:25 PM

Amy, it has been forever since I joined that community but I think either you got a coupon link to print immediately or one should have been emailed to you. Did either of those happen?

Kristina,  November 25, 2008 10:16 PM

My insert Q for the sure deodorant was for .75 but that still makes it free since it's .49 after the IVC. But, if you do have a $1Q - and their is an IP that is for $1, then if you get 2, use 2 of the IVC, making them .49 each and use the $1Q, you get both free! I don't use this type of deodorant, but I have a family member on limited income so since I've been finding things like this, I help her this way. Andrea, you got my vote!

I just got back from Walgreens and I got 10 Sure deodorants and 4 12 packs of Diet Dr. Pepper for $6.65. You get a $0.50 overage for each Sure when you use the $1.00 Q. BTW, I just handed them ONE IVC and it took off $15.00. No need to mutilate multiple books. Also, the Sunkist 12 packs at our store had peelies that made them $1.50/12 pack. Sweet!
