Diet & Fitness Snack: Fat Burnin' Friday
This has been one of the busiest weeks I've had in a long time. I've taught a few classes on saving using coupons, I entered the Wii Giveaway at ClassyMommy's place in hopes to Win a Wii (my snack on that is here - Please Vote!!), and I'm having lunch with some old co-workers today (oh, and I'll surely choose a healthy option :-). So, these changes were not out of a bottle, very minor and absolutely necessary to get those two pounds back where they belonged...which I guess is in the toilet or wherever they go...just not on my badunkadunk! Oh, and I am going to get back on the treadmill next week. Our family planned on running a 5k the morning of Thanksgiving. I really hope my week goes good so I can participate - even our 9-year old wants to run it. I can't have him smokin' his momma!! How did you do? Do you have other tips like that you follow when you know you're teetering on the edge of no return? Please do tell!!!
But, in all of that (and it's not a whole lot, it's just more than I usually do), I lost the 2 pounds I gained last week! But, I didn't get in a single run. Wanna know what I did?...

Congratulations on losing the 2 pounds from last week. I lost my weight gain from last week too. I'm glad to hear that your son wants to run with you on Thanksgiving.

I have been doing really well myself. We have been so busy moving, buying a new home, then selling our old one, chasing around an almost toddler... I am nearly at my 'goal weight'. Just 2 pounds to go!

I need to work on drinking more water as well. I have found snacking on raw fruits and veggies helps me a ton!
